Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are custom made, refunds are not accepted. Exchanges only are offered under the conditions below.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all associated tags still attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Damaged Items
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or are damaged during delivery. Customers must notify us promptly after receiving their order. Supporting photos may be required for verification.
Exchange & Return Process
Once your exchange or damaged-item claim is approved, you will be provided with a return address and instructions. Customer is responsible for return postage costs on all items covered under any free shipping promotion.
Non-Eligible Items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or missing tags are not eligible for exchange or return.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, but may take up to 3 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via FedEx. In limited cases, UPS may be used.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.
Free & Expedited Shipping
All free shipping promotions use standard shipping. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Signature & Insurance
Signature confirmation and shipping insurance may be added at our discretion for secure delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but will assist when possible.
Damaged items must be reported promptly upon delivery and may qualify for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
